Journey 26 - Visual Cortex Activation

1/16/04: A Journey to activate my Visual Cortex to read Spirit Energies. I used my new Meadows Drumming CD, the first section. I breathed Shamanically after smudging the Room with both Sage and Sweet Grass. I hung my small Crystal Star so perfect and brilliant rainbows would be on the walls with me as I Journeyed. I went out to a Hole in the Snow to meet with Two Feathers, and then we went down into the corresponding Hole in the Earth. Shortly after descending, Two Feathers passed me off to Crosses in Front, my Snake Guide. She took me down into a Wooded area, where many Woodpeckers came in to work. At first there was only a couple but soon there were many. As they all began pecking at once, there was a Symphony of Pecking occurring! At the same time, the heating system in the house began making lots of clicking noises as if in sympathy! Kinda humorous, that “coincidence.” Soon before I saw a large pile of sawdust composed of rainbow-ed specks of Spirit Energy piling up before me. I stood before it for a while, contemplating how I might use this energy to enhance my Cortex. At that point, literally hundred of Owls flew in from afar and gather over me. The Woodpeckers, having completed their job, left. The Owls hovered over the woods and all beat their Wings together. The sound of so many Wings beating at once was delightful. The air stirred up the dust until it surrounded me. I saw the Shadow of my Spirit Being moving out into it. I then went into a stasis while the energies worked on me..a laid back, totally non-involved state. I was soon aware of large globs of green light circling around in front of my eyes. At times they went clockwise and met in the middle to combine. Other times they were circling separately, and other times counter-clockwise. I was amazed at this light show. Coming out of it, I saw VERY clearly a human eye that was soon part of a very clear Lion’s face. Soon after that I saw very clearly an Owl’s face. These images were coming directly out of my Visual Cortex, showing my how powerfully it was being stimulated. Then, another stasis, after which I saw brilliant purple blobs interchanging with the green ones. Purple is the color of high Spirit Energy, Green the color of Healing. I then drifted off again until the Drumming changed rhythms and brought me back to the Wooded Area. I then began my Journey back up the Tunnel and into the Yard and my Room. While still in the Woods, I thanked all my Guides for their help! When I got upstairs to work with the computer, I felt and still feel an incredible warmth on the back of my head and neck. A tremendous amount of stimulation has occurred there..it still feels as if someone’s gentle but firm hand is lying across it. There has been a great deal of work done there, and my Spirit Vision will be greatly heightened. I am very thankful. I then lay in bed and absorbed Mother Earth’s healing Energies to repair any flaws in my Spirit Robe and to aid in the healing of my possible Hernia.
