A New Take on Dreams

I had a very interesting set of Dreams the past few nights that have given me a perspective I have not read in any formal treatise yet. Alberto Villodo's study of Incan Shamanism is the most full concerning "Imprints" on the Aura. These are Energy fields that accompanied an initial wounding (fear, abuse, etc.) that remain with us, locked into our Auras, long after the event has gone past. These Imprints can be subsequently triggered by a new event that has a similar shape. The energy of the first wounding then spills into our Chakras and nervous system, causing us to react and feel as we did in the first offense. This tends to keep us "stuck" in our past, and hinders us from learning to deal with the present and future events of similar nature.

I have in the past few nights had a couple of dreams that are replays of times of intense frustration...where I once again go through a seriies of events that either make me outraged or full of doubt. And I just realized that these are not messages from the Spirits, although some Dreams certainly are. These are merely Imprints obviously still locked in my Aura that are firing off at random, causing these Dreams! In other words, they are not messages from the Spirits, they are messages from my OWN SPIRIT. They are indicators that I stilll have these energy zones active and present in my Aura. This is quite revealing, for now I understand why this type of Dream repeats itself every so often. It's a request by my Aura, if you will, to deal with this remnant energy and remove it. The best part...finally knowing this is what these Dreams signify now makes it very easy to remove the Imprints, for once you know it is there you can wash it away quite easily with Thought and Ritual.

So now I know a lot of my Dreams are actually my own Aura crying out for attention, versus some repeating message from the Spirits that I cannot decode. These are not Teacher Dreams per se...they are Dreams of Self-Revelation. Cool eh? Look back over your own Dream sequences and see if there is a repeating theme to some of them. More than likely you will suddenly realize they are indeed the result of old "fears" or old woundings that have never healed...just reminding you they are still there. :) The sooner they are removed, the better you will act, feel...and dream.
