Journey 195 - Friend's Kidnap Dream

4/18/05: A Journey taken to check on a disturbing dream a friend told me about today. Another friend invites her into his car, is all friendly..and then without warning locks the doors and tells the Woman he is going to kill her. She ends the Dream gouging his Eyes out. This was obviously full enough of Darkness to warrant my checking it out. As I went into the Journey, Owl and I were sitting in some Trees in a residential area..I got the sense it was the town where my friend lives. I saw a tall, black figure without any real form walking slowly along the sidewalk below. It would stop once in a while and stretch, and as it did so orange and red sparks would burst out of him. Owl looked at me and told me this was a Burhan, the most powerful of the negative Nature Spirits. I knew this type of Spirit would be hard to counteract. It has been attached to the Man, but was now moving near the Woman. Owl then told me to go into my Mirror and seek help from the Mirror Shaman, Utawa. I was suddenly floating along above a River, and there were Torches on the right side along the bank and among the Trees. I suddenly found my right Arm disintegrating into Atoms. The effect was spreading toward the rest of my Body, and I felt as if I could easily be consumed..and die. I began to seek assistance, and in a flash Utawa, looming hundreds of feet tall, came from around the rise ahead of me and took my left Arm, jerking me away from whatever it was that was attacking me. Utawa told me I had been attacked at random by a disintegrating spirit..just one of those random things that can kill you if it walks into you as this one did. Utawa then told me to use the Mirror to catch the Burhan by making him fall into it. I came back out of the mirror and Owl and I flew it down to the sidewalk a few steps ahead of the Burhan. It stopped just before it reached the Mirror and began to yowl. It had sensed the trap! So Owl and I pulled the Mirror up over his head and pulled it down the other side, like a huge tarp. We had the Burhan trapped. I was then suddenly in a boat on an ocean, the Mirror Surface transformed. The Burhan was floating ahead of me, its head bobbing in and out of the water. I asked it if it wished to transform itself into a positive spirit..I would then help save it. It said NO. Suddenly, a school of Dolphins came at it from the many compass points and grabbed the Burhan, swimming away with it underwater. Utawa then took me up to a high Cliff over the Ocean. I looked down and saw a fluorescent green Ribbon beneath the Surface, wiggling slowly along. The Ribbon, on close inspection, was made of millions of very tiny green Fish. This means the Burhan had been transformed to Goodness, and each of the Fish would spread this positive Energy to the Beings who consumed them. I then asked Utawa why the Burhan had been attached to the Man. Utawa said it was attracted to certain negative attitudes and feelings in him. It attached to the Woman since it always came to work with the Man, and he has had differing attitudes toward the Woman over the past months. Now there is no more danger to the Woman..the Burhan is gone. I was then back with Owl in the Trees of her Town. I looked up in the Sky and saw a huge Whirlpool of Light, very similar to the one that ended my Shamans Dream of several Years back. I then saw an Eagle floating in the center of the disc. The Whirlpool then sank down and went straight into my Mirror. It was a gift from Utawa..he told me I have earned this extra Light and Eagle..
