Journey 198 - Soul Retrieval

This relates to Journey 184

4/24/05: A Soul Retrieval Journey taken for a woman, as instructed during the prior Journey (#166) I did for her, during which her Soul Piece asked to be retrieved during the next Full Moon. The latter occurred this morning at 6:06 AM, and I performed the Journey between 6:35 and 6:45 AM. Since my faimly were in my room, I transferred my operations to the Family Room. I lit the Sacred Candle, lit a bit of Sage to cleanse the area, and began the Drumming Loop. I did not Rattle Sacred Space into place beforehand as I did not want to wake anyone up. However, as soon as the Journey was to begin, I had already resolved to do it then.

As I went into the Journey using my CD Drum Loop, I was soon at a small Fire in daylight. The open-field area was sprinkled with Grasses and small Bushes. Some Tree stands were off in the distance. Eagle Claw, my upper World Guide, was with me. Above, the Full Moon sat incredibly large. I’d guess it was at least 10 times bigger than normal..it looked very close, taking up a good part of quadrant of that part of the Sky, from near-horizon to about 60% of the way up to vertical. I took my Rattle and brought Sacred Space into place by honoring the Four Directions, Father Sky and Mother Earth, with special thanks to Grandmother Moon for her obvious willingness to help. Eagle Claw and I then joined Hands and danced around the Fire, one on either side and facing each other, arms outstretched across the heat. I chanted as we danced, something like, “Thank you, Grandmother Moon, for coming to us. Thank you for helping retrieve the Woman's Soul Piece.” The scene suddenly shifted. We were back at the place in the first Journey where the Woman was sitting outside a cabin at night, with the Moon shining down on her through tall Trees. Eagle Claw and I went and stood behind her, one on either side. I looked down for a second..the Full Moon, crystal clear and in full 3-dimension, was now resting right at the surface of my Mirror! How marvelous to see it there, shrunk to just fit within my Mirror! Within a few seconds, the Woman's Soul Piece came toward us from along this side of the River Bank (she had been across the River during the prior Journey). She came right up to me and then went past. She was standing in the Moonlight to our left, and began to speak. “There is much to atone for,” she said. She repeated this several times. Then she said that when she returned to her home (the Woman's Body), the Woman would feel a fullness, a peace, a centeredness, a calm and a joy she had not known since the day her Soul Part fled her body. This would give her a profound new Strength for dealing with her Life. She could now drop the weight of all that needed atoning for..it was no longer hers to carry around. The Soul Part then came up to me and hugged me in thanks. I then asked for specific instructions on transferring her back to the Woman. She told me to anoint the Stick I had chosen to house her with my Arshaan liquid. I was to draw onto the Stick the symbol of the wave the Woman had seen in her own Dreams. I was then to place the Stick on the Mirror surface along with my Meteorite Piece (the Bringer of Spirit) and the large Moqui Ball (Bringer of Life). I later got the sense to also place a picture of the Moon on top of the Mirror first, to physically symbolize the Moon sitting within the Mirror. I was then to chant “Hurai!” nine times while running my finger clockwise around this assemblage. I was then to leave it there for a while. When I returned, I was to Smudge the pieces, re-anoint the Stick with Arshaan, and then finish with another round of 9 “Hurais!” The Soul Part would then be within the Stick. The scene then shifted. I was standing on the Mirror surface. I watched as the Woman, younger, sank slowly into its Surface. As she did so, facing me, she had an Apple in her hand. The scene shifted again. I saw her throw an Apple into a wooded area, and then against the window of a tall Barn. I was then back on the Mirror to watch the rest of her Soul Piece sink into it. The scene then shifted again. I was sitting on the Moon with the Soul Peice. She was very happy to be there. The view of the Earth and Stars was phenomenal. She turned to me and told me to remind the Woman to be like the Full Moon..provider of gentle Comfort and soft Light, yet very strong and firmly placed within her own Sky. The Moon is the great provider of tidal forces. The Journey ended as the Call Back Drumming persisted. I then held the Mirror over the Flame to provide the warmth of the gol (the center of all existence) for the Soul Piece as she sat on the Moon waiting. The Woman, when she gets the Stick, will place it first over her Heart, pointing straight out, and feel her Soul Piece flow back into her. She will then place the Stick on top of her head, pointing up, and likewise feel the Restoration. Her Soul Piece will then be back.

Notes: As I was drawing the symbol on the Stick a bit later, much to my delight, I found the same symbol was already on the Stick in perfect replication! It points in the exact opposite direction on the same side, indicating extraordinary balance coming to the Woman from this Restoration. This meant my choice of Sticks had been guided by the Helpers.

After a few hours, I placed my Hand over the Mirror with the Stick and other objects. I was able to view the Soul Piece sitting on a large log next to a running Stream. Sunlight was pouting down on her as she sat in the clearing of a wooded area. She was dangling her feet in the Stream, and looked VERY content. The transfer from the Moon to the Stick has been completed. I shall finish the blessing later today, though.

I followed instructions this evening and completed the Transfer by re-anointing the Restoration Stick. I shall present it to the Woman ASAP, along with a picture of the Stick resting on the Moon-covered Shaman’s Mirror with the Moqui Marbles (150 million years old and tools of SW American Native American Shamans for thousands of years) and the Meteorite piece found in eastern Siberia.

4/25: I told the Woman of her Soul Piece sitting on the log and dangling her feet in the water, and she told me that was her all-time favorite thing in the world to do. Another great correlation by the Helpers.
